Caprese on grilled portobello.

  1. Coat portobello mushroom caps with olive oil, back and front then broil caps for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients.
  3. While caps are broiling, spoon mixture onto the four caps evenly.
  4. Return to broiler for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
