1. | Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meat. |
2. | Remove meat and place in a deep casserole dish. |
3. | Mix half the bouillon, soy sauce, garlic, onion and wine in the skillet, heat thoroughly. |
4. | Mix remaining bouillon and cornstarch and add to sauce. Stirring constantly. Cook until sauce thickens. |
5. | Pour into casserole, cover and bake in oven at 275° F (135° C) for 1 hour. |
6. | Stir in mushroom soup until smooth. Serve over noodles or rice. |
