  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add egg whites and cook until slightly set.
  3. Add turkey meat, cheese and olives.
  4. Fold and turn and heat until cooked.
  5. Serve with applesauce.
  6. Note: instead of the olives you can use 2 crushed macadamia nuts.
