Spray a pan lightly with extra virgin olive oil, and brown one Boca burger over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 6 minutes. |

With your spatula, cut the Boca burger into two halves once it has cooked enough to separate easily. |

Cut a slice of cheese into two halves. |

With about one minute remaining, place a corn tortilla on the pan, just to soften and brown very slightly. Turn after 30 seconds, and place the cheese halves on the tortilla. |

Use the spatula to place the tortilla flat on a plate. Add shredded lettuce and salsa. |

Put the Boca burger on top, and fold the whole thing to eat it as a taco. |
