  1. Cut the beef into bite size strips and using a meat mallet pound very thin.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook stirring every 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in sauce mix and water.
  4. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
