A lovely curry that can be made with cubed beef, chicken, or any meat you like.
||Chop onions and sauté in olive oil in a pan.
||Add the beef to the pan and cook halfway.
||Mix all the spices together and add to the meat.
||Add tomatoes and mix well.
||Leave on flamer until curry well cooked.
||Note: you can add loads of vegetables to the recipe, but to make low carb I have used more meat than vegetables.
