40 g chili powder
225 g turkey
0.12 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> bbq sauce (2 tbsp)
1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (2-1/2" dia)">medium</span> onion
2 tbsps ketchup, low salt
40 g bread crumbs
225 g extra lean beef
Mince the beef and turkey meat yourself (if possible) to ensure leaner cuts.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Separate mix into four equal portions and shape into burger patties.
Grill until ready, approximately 6-8 minutes per side (about 6 minutes on George Foreman grill).
Freeze any unused mixture.
