|1.||Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.|
|2.||In a bowl combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat with a wire whisk or rotary beater until well mixed. Set aside.|
|3.||Using a serrated knife, cut horizontally a pocket in each slice of bread. From the front to almost the bottom crust. Fill with banana slices.|
|4.||Dip bread slices into egg mixture, coating both sides of each slice. Place on the prepared rimmed baking sheet.|
|5.||Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Turn once during the baking time.|
|6.||Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.|
