Baked Turkey Meatballs
A simple way to make meatballs. You can serve with pasta, meatball subs, or with a gravy over mashed potatoes.
1 lb ground turkey 85/15
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with Pam.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly with hands.
Roll into 20 meatballs and place on pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes to until cooked through.
