A family favorite and healthy way to add oatmeal to your diet.
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup fat free milk
Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
Spread the mixture in a 9x9" pan, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over it.
