Add wholemeal brown rice to saucepan of water and boil for the amount of time stated on packet. |

Fry chopped onion and mushrooms in another saucepan using low calorie spray. Alternatively, you could boil in water until tender. |

Grill or microwave 2 slices of lean bacon until tender. |

Add beef stock cube (e.g. Oxo) to rice when nearly cooked and stir in. |

Add cooked onions, mushrooms and chopped bacon to rice, before serving and stir in. Keep stirring until water is absorbed. |

Can be eaten on its own or add zero point vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans. |
