  1. Combine chicken stock and fresh asparagus in pot.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice.
  4. Once asparagus has turned to mush. Pour into food processor or use hand mixer to combine all ingredients into a puree.
  5. Serve with pepper if desired. Enjoy.
