Asian Slaw with Asian Dressing
A simply flavorful slaw that comes together in no time.
3 tbsps rice vinegar
2 tbsps canola oil
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp less sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup snowpeas, chopped
1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
7 cups Chinese cabbage
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated carrots
In a mason jar combine: rice vinegar, canola oil, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Shake to fully combine.
In a medium bowl combine: cabbage, yellow bell pepper, grated carrots, and snow peas. Toss to combine.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve.
