Directions

1. Whisk together applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and honey.
2. Blend dry ingredients. Stir into wet ingredients
3. Wash and chop apple. Add to mixture.
4. Scoop 1/4 cup into each section of cupcake pan.
5. Bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes. Perform toothpick test. Let it cool and serve.
