Directions

1. Coarsely chop garlic and sauté in 2 tbsps olive oil.
2. Add cauliflower, beans, seasonings, and half cup water. Stir and cover. Allow to simmer on low heat.
3. Cook pasta according to packaging.
4. Drain pasta and combine with cauliflower-bean mixture. Add the rest of olive oil and mix.
5. Transfer to plate then serve.
